The Simpsons Movie is Opening in 2 Weeks from Today!!!!!

I’m Back….With News!!!!

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July and that your summers have been going well. I’m blogging Today with some big news:


The Simpsons Movie hits theaters in three weeks from today!!!!!

Can you believe it? The movie event we have been waiting for is going to be arriving in only 21 days!!! And to celebrate, here is some news that a friend of mine found regarding the big event:

Apparently, a dozen 7-11 stores have been converted into Kwik-E Marts. This is amazing marketing and promoting for the movie. These converted 7-11s will be selling food from our favorite show including Krusty-O’s, Buzz Cola, and Squishees! According to the article, the deal was made some time ago to convert this chain of stores was between Fox and 7-11 in order to create a month-long promotion for the film.

This article is a must for reading! This is a great way to advertise the movie; perhaps one of the smartest ideas I have ever heard of. Hopefully, this event will be useful in filling the seats of theaters nationwide on the 27th.

Today's Update

Hey Everyone. Just a minor addition to my blog for the weekend. First item's first:

The famous singer and "Talking Head" in the Simpsons video clip is none other than David Byrne. The clip is from the Season Fourteen episode "Dude, Where's My Ranch?" To read about the episode click here:
